UBS Shameless

Rhandom Bhagczech grew up in the Vulcan Temperance Ministry. While at Starfleet Academy, he met a rambunctious young rebel named Rayne Hellion. While the two were polar opposites, they were immediately attached a the hip (metaphorically, not literally). Hellion needed someone to reign her in (puns suck) and Bhagczech needed someone to occasionally remove the stick from his ass. Unfortunately, the Temperance Minisitry's teachings were far too ingrained and after Bhagczech graduated from the Academy he returned to Vulcan.

As the years passed, Bhagczechs life of Temperance followed the path of entropy, and bad chili, and wound up in the shitter. Luckily, due to a random (puns *really* suck) quantum fluctuation, he was accidentally beamed aboard the UBS Shameless as it was being forcibly banned from returning to Vulcan. He was surprised and thrilled to find his old friend Hellion as captain of the rogue vessel.

Despite living aboard a Barfleet vessel, Bhagczech refused to join the crew and abandon his vows of temperance. A year later however, Bhagczech was sleepwalking and accidentally stumbled into the galley, and in particular, a vat labeled Sour Apple Martini. He suddenly realized the evil that had masqueraded as logic on Vulcan and vowed to take down the Temperance ministry. He immediately chose to shave down his ears (did you know Vulcan ears are made of the same stuff as fingernails?) and act as passionate, and shameless (more… fucking… puns) as possible.

Captain Hellion chose to direct that animosity towards the most hated of Barfleet departments… Security. At first, Bhagczech wondered why a crew of 4 needed a security officer. Then he experienced his first away mission at Marcon41 and realized it may be the most important of all.

In addition, Bhagczech made it his solemn duty to recruit new members former Starfleet friends and yes, even from random encounters (fucking puns are everywhere!). Within the year, the ship had tripled in size and felt ready to handle an away mission to the Pi-Con celebration on the planet Clarion. Shortly before the mission, the Shameless lost it's XO in the vast Terrigen mists of the Mid-West Quadrant. As the oldest (surviving) senior member of the crew, Bhagczech reluctantly gave up his security position and accepted the only position on the ship that is less desired than Security Ensign.

Shortly into the Pi-Con away mission, it was discovered that the celebration was a ruse, a trick played on the event attendees. The Clarion was not a planet, but a gigantic Combat-class space station dubbed the Painsphere. With deft maneuvers on the crews part, the Shameless was able to save the event and even escaped with several refugees who eagerly joined the crew.

In his time, Bhagczech has earned several shots of valor, and even earned the Purple Mug (along with Chief Kherry) for their disastrous foray to the planet Albakhaaan. He still willingly serves as the XO, using the uniform to get special attention from the Head Nurse.
